  1. If you need our services implemented “yesterday”, we are probably not the company you are looking for.
  2. Be sure to fill out the Service Request as completely as possible. the more info you give there means less we have to bill for consultation fees.
  3. Turnaround time from submission to initial delivery (some products are delivered according to a timetable) is generally two (2) weeks, however, times may vary.
  4. Please see our Menu before submitting special requests.
  5. You will be contacted within one business day (10 AM- 5 PM Monday through Friday) of your Service Request submission by a member of our staff to confirm its receipt, and within three business days to schedule a phone consultation appointment with one of our experts. Please double check your contact information to reduce downtime.
  6. Prices are not negotiable. We know your time is important and limited. We respect that by providing you with quality service in a timely manner. Our time is equally important, please respect it.
  7. Full payment required for delivery.
  8. 50% Deposit  Required on All New Accounts
  9. You will be given ten days after initial product delivery to review and request a full refund if you are not satisfied in ANY way.
  10. Partial refunds may be given as of midnight on the tenth day.
